About
A plain explanation of what we are, what we do, and — just as important — what we don't do.
HVAC Service Line is an independent, nationwide referral service for homeowners who need help with heating or cooling. We exist to make the first step easier: instead of searching through directories and ad listings on your own, you tell us what's going on with your AC, furnace, or heat pump, and we help connect you with an HVAC company serving your area.
HVAC problems are often urgent and unfamiliar territory at the same time — a no-heat night or a no-cool afternoon doesn't wait for you to become an expert in local HVAC companies. HVAC Service Line's role is to shorten the distance between "something's wrong with my system" and "I'm talking to someone who can help."
You reach out by phone or through a short referral request. Based on what you describe and where you're located, we help identify HVAC companies serving your area that handle that type of work, and help connect you with them.
Unlike a service limited to a couple of states, HVAC Service Line's HVAC network spans markets across the country — from the extreme summer heat of the Southwest, to Gulf Coast humidity, to real Midwest and Mountain West winters. Wherever you're located, it's worth reaching out.
Every HVAC company you're connected with through HVAC Service Line is an independent business, not an employee or subsidiary of HVAC Service Line. We recommend homeowners independently verify licensing, insurance, and standing before hiring any provider.
Being connected with an HVAC company through HVAC Service Line never obligates you to hire them. You're free to ask questions, get multiple opinions, or decide not to move forward at all.
